RESIDENTIAL:

90/10

90% LF204: Dark fine texture. Good resistance to rust and net blotch. Excellent drought tolerance and suitable for high traffic areas. It is a fine bladed fescue.

10% Kentucky Blue Grass Blend: Dark blue green in color. Has excellent disease resistance. Has capability to repair itself.

COMMERCIAL:

Pro Legacy Plus 95/5

95% Pro Legacy:Characterized as having dark green color with the blade of a medium to a medium fine texture. Pro Legacy is dense with a medium growth habit. The fine textured blades of Pro Legacy are the result of years of special natural genetic selection. The texture is not just the result of planting with extremely high see rates. Therefore, the characteristics of the fine texture will remain for years to come.

5% Kentucky Bluegrass Blend: Kentucky Blue Grass Blend: Dark blue green in color. Has excellent disease resistance. Has capability to repair itself.

NON MOW

Excellent for erosion control, low maintenance areas, and roadsides. Is a blend of several fescues. In low irrigation areas this blend has the capability to go dormant in the summer. When established will tolerate moderate use of herbicides. It also may spread slowly.
